How do you Shift?
What are some good ways to shift, I sure as hell cant get it smooth. (No matter how much I feather the clutch) Its really pissing me off. Im thinking its the fluids, but dont know. Tonight Im switching to redline tranny fluid, and will see what happens. Has anyone else used redline and seen improvements in shifting smoothness?

in terms of the actual lever, or smoothness when coming off the clutch?
If it's in the lever, you can try replacing the oil. Personally, I can tell you that synthetic gear oil will only make it slightly more dificult to shift because there is less friction, meaning the syncros cannot function as well as they should. This did happen to me on a 2000 Subaru Impreza.
But change the oil, and see if that helps, but stick to dyno oil. If that doesn't work, and the lever is still notchy as hell, you're looking at some serious transmission work. I had to have mine rebuilt on my 88 GXL at about 90,000 miles. Not cheap...

From my experiences with different FC's and other brand cars etc. the FC (probably all Rx-7's) are difficult to drive smoothly, especially at lower speeds, lifting under 3000rpm etc. There's a lot of driveline rubberbanding. That's just the way it is.
You're probably young, with time it will come, there's no quick fix. Also don't feather the clutch, that's a bad habit to be getting into. The clutch will prematurely wear.

Something else to check.
The cheesy clip-on ground from the firewall to the bell housing.
If it's not perfect the ECU's signals start to see alternator & spark load.
This drives the ECU nuts trying to compensate, and drivability suffers.
Another symptom is erratic idle speed.
Most of us have beefed up the firewall wire and added another ground from the alternator frame to the spark coil mount.

I should add. If your lack of smoothness is when coming off the clutch, then you're just not good enough at driving a stick yet. Practice makes perfect.
Try actually shifting quicker. You're probably letting the engine RPMs drop lower than they need to be for the next gear, hence the lack of smoothness.
Either that, or blip the gas a little before letting up on the clutch.
