I am close to 4-5k thru the gears. Normally I drive like a usual person (whatever that means), but on some days I will drive 4-5k thru the gears. On normal driving, I will probably **** at 3500 or so, maybe 4000. And then of course, there are those days when I drive like a bat out of hell. I got her top out a 130 once - might have gone a little higher, but I didn't want to push her too hard (lol) cuz she's a little old.

Ditto. And my car loves me for it.

Every once in a while I will go crazy. Turn the boost up , drop the hammer adn listen to the tires spin as I hit boost. Second gear rewards me with a "barly keeping traction " scream and when I hit 3rd Im in a world of my own. 14psi, 40 degrees, flying up the twisties on my favorite back road. 3rd gear is a monster at this time. I never thought I woudlhave a car the goes from 40 to 90 so fast up a steep inbankment. I'm curious as to how much torque is being thrown to the wheels during these runs. It's scarry fast.

****, i don't even leave my parking space until the temp needle is in the normal range. i just finished breaking in the motor and hooked my wastegate back up. redlined it like 20 times the first hour of boosting. oh, it's streetported, elec. fan and no air pump. on the way to work in the morning, i shift at 2500. otherwise its around 5k. now that i'm boosting again, i won't be able to keep it off 7k.
