how do i remove the back seat
Hi Gang,
I have a 1988 FC with the 2+2 seat which I want to move to my T2 (it's leather)
Anyway, I can't seem to figger out how to get it loose. I've looked over the service manual, but the pix are way too small and not detailed enough to puzzle it out.
Can any of you RX Gurus tell me how it comes out?
Thanks!

Here's how
I just figured out how to get the seat out, so I thought I'd put the steps here in case someone else need is it.
First remove the bottom of the seat. There is a hook at the front of the seat, 1/2 way between the center of the seats and the edge. Push the front edge of the seat backward while prying upward. Push hard. and it will release. Repeat on the other side, then lift the seat bottom up and pull forward while pushing down on the back edge of the seat.
After the bottom is out, there are four bolts which old the seat back hinge. They are pretty obvious.
There ya have it.
