It would include at least the H-trim wheel, a T04b compressor housing, and the backing plate. Then you would need to have a turbo shop balance it. Probably easiest to contact a shop and have them help you set it up.

the h trim set is a little hard to come by, even on ebay. though it must be said a S5 hybrid H trim ended on ebay a week ago at $400. i would also look at the other hybrids in the same area. ReTed also has t04e hybrids up there as well, i was lucky and just picked up a t04e "57" for $100 off of ebay and am making my own hybrid. but once you get above the v trim wheel i would suggest using the aftermarket compressor housing and backplate as well instead of the stock ht18 stuff

it will probably be easiest if you buy a complete turbo and dismantle it, finding t04b compressor housings is not hard on ebay, the backplate and specifically the h trim wheel will be (someone will probably put up a link if they find onethough now that i have said this). as it says on fc3spro's (reted) website, some grinding is required for the bigger t04e/b and 60-1, my housing is going to be a very tight fit from the mock up i have done, and it looks like i might bust out the dremel just to make it a little easier. you can try to source it out. turbo power in Cameron Park, CA said the h trim wheel is $80 and to make it fit in the ht18 housing would cost around 150 and labor so........
