How to cut .071" aluminum? (for heatshield)

I'm trying to figure out how to cut this aluminum, I have a card board template that sealed off the corner of the engine bay that the air filer is sitting, obviously to block the heat from my hot exhaust mainifold.

any ideas??

A hacksaw or a jigsaw (with a fine tooth bade) will go through that like a hot knife through butter.

Tinsnips won't hack it, but there's some bigger snips that might, if you want to use more manual type tools. Otherwise, jigsaw, cutoff wheel, plasma cutter.. The choices are endless
