well im getting like 10 volts constant at the pump... think that would cause my car to die?

it's surposed to have 9-10 at idle.

get a 2nd person in the car and test it while flooring it.

car doesnt start so cant really test that i dont think, it reads 12 volts when it revvs up for cold start though, then it stalls out
