hit the brake and the gas..... it might keep the tires spinning i dunno. if not hit gas and hold brake and do a neutral drop. then one foot on the gas and one foot on the break. 5 speed is so much easier images

Guys the Auto cant spin the wheels at all. No even with a powerbrake. It has no torque to do so. It will go to about 2 grand on the tach and not move, thats all. It sucks I know and thats why Im getting a 5 speed finally

With a Probe GT, you can hold the brake, rev it to 1500 and floor it as you release the brake and you'll usually get wheelspin.
With my auto PGT I usually just find a nice wet spot on the ground and follow above procedure. MAD wheelspin.

i can spin mine sometimes i have a 90 vert n/a auto all i do is put it in low press the hold button, press brakes and floor gas slowly let of the brakes and wala passengerside wheel begins to spin (like i said sometimes) if u get it just right u can hold it at about 5k and watch the smoke roll out the sides r just do like vosko said and do a neutral drop but i wouldn't recommend doing this to many times as it will **** the tranny up quick

just barely hold the brake (enough so it doesn't roll) then mash the gas.. that'll hold the front tires to the ground and the engine will overpower the rear brakes.

I don't recommend neutral drop. Yes you will get wheel spin and also need new tranny sooner.
Take you tranny to a local transmission place that can reprogram the hydrolic set up. This will cause less slip on first gear. But then your tranny overheads.
Or you could adjust your bias to the rear brakes and you would essentialy not have any rear brakes. Then you can spin them anytime you want. Then you CRASH!! (Not recommended)
Better just buy a used 5 speed and do it right.
All you will do now is just keep buying tires.
Also if you do, do a 5 speed swap. Replace the u joints if there is any small play. If not you will snap them when you pop the clutch.

For the original poster... hook up an old windsheild washer container in the rear of the car to spray bleach on the tires, and buy a linelok. You'll make wicked tiresmoke, and blue smoke too boot!

Over heating tranny comes with any slip. A $40 additional oil cooler will fix that problem.
I agree, no nuetral hits. That's a good way to rip your planetary apart. You should see some of the C4's I've rebuilt as the sun gear instantaneously changes directly during the 1-2 shift. Any cars making any kind of torque will rip apart the bands and sun gears.

when I have the money I plan on getting a TII tranny for my n/a which is auto right now. I don't wanna get the N/A 5spd because of the HP limits on it, even though the TII still has limits, it's better

Stick a jack under the diff and raise the rear wheels off the ground, grab either wheel and spin it around all you want!
Oh, and make sure you block the front wheels
