First suggestion, since your post count is ONE right now...
Read more and ask less questions.
Throw away that piece of **** turbo, cause it's too small for the 13B.
All you needed to run 12.xx was a full exhaust, intake, and a pair of slicks.
You just wasted your money on the turbo and the wastegate.

I dont think you can break high 12's on a stock turbo, stock motor, and slicks.
Now low 13's like J-Rat said I know thats more attainable. To break the high 12's you would need to upgrade the stock turbo to a certain degree along with all the other goodies, also like 12AKid said a good set of tires and a good clutch setup is needed as well.

Lovin my 7
I have to as I will do a lot agree with Ted.. lol Plus I love his posts... But I will say that while in 1/4 races r/t doesn't mean a whole lot, you sure look like a dumb a$$ with anything over .8
As for this One thing you will find is that things you have heard about piston driven turbo motors do not apply to Rotaries on the same scale. You can run a much larger turbo on a rotary than you could on a 4 cyl and have a much quicker spool than you would on a 4 cyl. I am calling BS on this whole thread. You don't just blow money on a turbo and wastegate and not ask a few questions 1st. And if you do sell your Tii to someone actually interested in cars.

A set of slicks will easily get that last half a second off.
The (stock) clutch is not going to like it, but it is doable.

Sheesh...i've got a nice Garrett T04E super-60, South Florida Performance 60mm tubular manifold (thermo-wrapped) w/ HKS wastegate for sale that will easliy put down 400rwhp......enough for high 11's. It's yours for $900 for everything. +$100 if you want a 3" downpipe/mid-muffler for it.
