Raise the car back up, be sure to use all your exhaust hangers, adjust the catback so that it sits higher up.

Eventually you could wear through it.

Huh! Are you serious? Of course it's bad. It'll damage the exhaust system and worse, cause sparks that could possibly ignite any small fuel leak around the gas tank and fuel lines. I would guess that the car is lowered to the extreme or you have the wrong catback or the catback is not properly installed.

It's stock suspension guys, its got 205/15/50's thats why I'm assuming.

iono if I wrote the above write, sidewalls are 50's

All the exhaust hangers are in use and decent shape from when I removed the original except the right hanger at the bumper, it'll pull the muffler too close to the bumper, I think its the bottom of the cat that scrapes, its when I go into driveways and sometimes parking lot driveways can do it, its not _that_ nasty souding its like a ding and then its over... I see no damage on the pipes though I didn't look that hard.

So based on the above information, you guys still think its that bad? It never scrapes when I'm moving decent speeds, just pulling into places, the front bumper scrapes too!

your suspension probably needs to be replaced if it is allowing your nose to dip.

Yah, probably worn out stock shocks and your tires are really small. I had 50/15's on my car with springs and my car was really effing low.
