hot start issue

yes i know i know it has been covered a million times and i think i have read abut it a million times but my car is still doing it.
i have cleaned the injectors and found out one was leaking but this didn't help also my motor has 100 on each face this was done with a real compression tester.
i removed the 3b pin from my ecu to see if this will fix it but that also didn't work it just made me have cold starts.

so im thinking there is still fuel leaking into my engine somehow i know my car will start when hot because i can turn off my car at full operating temp and two seconds later it will start but if i would wait let say a minute it won't.

now i dont think my pulsation damper has been changed is there some way fuel can go through the vacuum line and enter there?
