Exclamation Im telling you...

dude im had a simmilar problem and you and me bioth use this car as our daily drivers, and yeh, i ignored the powerloss and it jsut god worse and worse... now... i was stuck and i couldnt move and now this tursday i need to get my damn clutch replaced... clutch was slipping took me hella long to get out of 1st gear... people even honked. oh well. oh i also red ina rx7 mag. "AIR FILTERS: you may not think your air filter plays an important part of your engine's operation; however, dirty air filters can result in a rich mixture of fuel and air, therefore waisting expensive gasoline. This can result in a power loss and rough idle, decreasing your gas mileage." Please dont ignor this. just take a look it may not look dirty but particles. and check your oil and your coolant. every little thing counts. trust me i've learned. the owener before me was on the verge of killing my new baby. but she's going to be fixed soon. good luck man.

well, the oil is fresh and so is the coolant. i did just install a cone filter, but that was days before i started having this problem. and its not like i had a gradual powerloss...just one day bam. i cant drive my car anywhere lol. im gonna take it to my friends shop tomorrow and let him troubleshoot it. too much frustration for me...and the added stress of classes gives me no time hardly to work on the car.

I took my car to the shop yesterday. i swear, mechanics sometimes really upset me. the guy was like have you changed your spark plugs? and i was like yeah, yesterday. and he goes, oh well the only reason you're having a power loss is because you switched the plug wires. i was like, uh no i didnt. im 100% positive. well, he doesn't believe me so he goes inside and decides to check it all out on his computer. so i left. i came back later because i forgot my keys and i asked what he concluded about the plug wires. yeah, i was right. anywhoo, i just get nervous when i leave my 7 in the hands of other people. im just gonna keep hoping its nothing too big.

ive had 2 fc's first one had all the same problems check your tps (throttle position sensor) and if u just installed the exhaust and a cone filter not that long ago u might want to check the mass air flow sensor sounds like u took away some of the back pressure so the car needs to be adjusted your car doesnt kno its got sports exhaust u have to make sure its tuned to the correct settings check the plugs see if they are black and clogged u are running to rich they are picky little cars but i love them dont give up
