OH yeah the car gets really dusty every month or so since laredo where I live is basically a desert! So sorry about the dust particles in there. But they aren't stuck on the contacts so I doubt it would be the root of the problems.

FP?=Fuel pump? Hum I may look into getting another pump. Where do they sell OE pumps? or a good aftermarket that drops in would be killer. Would all that is needed for this be a Fuel Pressure guage? How would I use it on a stock fuel system. Well I am not really 100% stock because I have the emmissions rack removed but I stil have the rails and 460's etc..

Dont waste your time replacing the pump. When they start to go bad, you will know it. They get loud, and they start pumping WAY more fuel. Your idle will go to ****, and you will smell a very strong gas smell.
Always replace the consumables before troubleshooting expensive parts that dont fail often.
Have you regrounded the ECU? If not, its worth doing.

Those plugs lokos fine to me but if you want to be sure, next time it starts playing up, stop the car, wiggle those connections and go for another drive, see if it fixes it or not.
but as Mazdaspeed7 said check for proper grounding..
not just the ECU but in the engine bay aswell, the block to the chasis.
