high idle still not resolved(with video)

once i do that, i then can just put vaccume caps on the vaccume lines going to the acv and install a fitting on the acv block off plate for the pressure sensor correct?

It would be easier to "tee" into the vacuum hose going to your BOV than to put a fitting on the plate. And yes cap the other lines off. If you don't have a vacuum tee lying around, you can temporarily unplug the BOV vac hose and connect the pressure sensor to it, just don't drive the car on the street without the BOV hose hooked up.

Do you still have the original blowoff valve? (bov)?....it is located between the turbo inlet and outlet ducts. It has it's own vacuum line going to it. Tee into that line. You want full manifold vacuum to the pressure sensor at idle. Also, the vacuum hose that goes to the pressure sensor has a restrictor "pill" near the end of the hose. Make sure that is in the hose to the pressure sensor.
