hi temp exaust gasket material

tonight i blew away a mustang gt and my waste gate gasket ! this is getting rediculous this is the forth time i have blown out a waste gate gasket this summer,i have tried the tial gaskets ,header gaket material ,and some stuff i got from my neighboor who does maintainence at a local plant he said they use the stuff on high presure steam pipes .so is there like any thing else that i could use?now that i think about it there could be a problem with the waste gates seating properly any way suggestions would be welcome if i dont respond i probly fell asleepn at the keyboard (72 hour work week)

Well, a slightly warped flange could cause the exhaust gases to leak out and fry the gasket faster. This happened to me due to a cheap midpipe.
As for high quality gaskets, you can get them made out of copper. I don't know if anyone pre-makes them for that junction, but you chould be able to take a new gasket to a machine shop and get them to cut it for not too much. Not sure on the thickness, though.
