Hi-Tach Oil Supplement

Has anyone ever tried this?

http://midwayautosupply.com/detailed...ption.asp?3287

I was at an autopart store the other day and they had a little demo for this. It was 2 egg beaters, one with oil and one with oil and the supplement. The side with oil just lubbed the bottom of the eggbeater, but the side with hi-tach climbed all the way to the top of the beater.

What I was wondering is if this would help lubricate the rotors better than they are allready being.

What do you guys think?

Sound like the Lucas oil additive...

There is nothing wrong with mineral engine oils in the engine, so long as you use a good quality brand.  I've never seen an engine lubrication problem due to oil failure.  As a rule, ignore all those additives being touted.

If you are worried about your rotary failing due to oil breakdown, you have either got way too much time on your hands, or a pretty damn powerful engine.
