If it is anti-freeze there isn't anything you can do, a rebuild is necessary. UNLESS and this is a big unless because the factory was supposed to disconnect this. Your cold start assist system, if it is connected it is supposed to inject a little bit of anti-freeze into the combustion chamber undor cold start. But this is highly unlikely. But still a possibility.

Well I got a second opinion and its gotta be oil burnning. So I have a nasty oil seal right? How do I fix it?

yup, rebuild. But burning oil usually isn't that big of a deal. You can go for a while before you have to rebuild, rotary's naturally burn oil. They have oil injectors. A little puff of oil when you give it a little gas before it's at normal operating temp isn't a big deal. It's a little worse when it at normal operating temp and it does that though. But not a huge deal.
