hess. problems 3600- 3900 rpm
just got my 88fc running.. i noticed I have this hesitation whenever I accelerate right around 3600-3900 RPM. Its Fn freezin out side but anyway checked ground problems found a ground missing under intake so i added one back in. that did nothing. i thin noticed fuel leaking from a hose but that should of not effected anything??? . tightened it up no leaks. any sudd.?? im stuck

its a the grounds there is a very good writeup by aaroncake I believe that discuss this and what ground depending on what car you have. If it turns out not be the grounds the only other thing it could be is a bad boost sensor, vac leak, or secondaries not engaging

and i alo noticed my afr meter is runnning rich, when i hit 3600 -3900 afr metter drops to lean and thin drops off for a 1/2 sec thin back to rich . 4000 to 8000 power band is back to normal

Eventhough the engine is rebuilt, the ECU probably hasn't been touched. When I had the hesitation problem, I added a larger gauge ground to the ECU and that cured it completely. Just search for the pin-out diagram for the ECU.
