I've been trying to figure out what the problem is with my car, it likes to be windy (rpms going up and down at same time , while hitting gas) at low to mid rpms constantly hesitating till it hits about 4-5k rpm i am assuming it's the throttle-position sensor adjustment or something having to do with it. I have 3 different tps, and all of them give me the same results..

I am wondering if the adjustment on the tps could be so far off its causing this? I have yet to check the adjustment, if its not that i really need to figure out what the problem is before it gets worse.

I've already regrounded the grounds on the engine once , fuel filter has been replaced, fuel injectors were tested/cleaned about 20k miles ago, have swapped maf's with another already no change, ive raised the idle and swapped to a stock intake (my intake was modified/ported) recently and it made the problem worse during cold start (stalls out more now).

The car still pulls fine through all the way to the rev limiter, but I'm pretty sure it's not running as well as she could be.
