Ill try to work that speedgrip structural adhesive into the finishing process when i have time. I probably wont have time to experiment with this stuff for while, but ill keep you guys posted

They have substantiallt different rates of expansion and contraction. You probably should have used a product designed for repairing bumpers

You also should have used a epoxy resin and not a polyester resin to bond the dis-similar materials.
