Help..sheered off underbelly pan bolts!

Well I bought my TII. It didn't have a underbelly pan. I got one from Banzai (thanks Chris). Well I went to install it and found out that about 5 of the bolts look like they sheered off. So I can't put it on now. Anybody know how I can get these things off? They're all flush with the chassis rails. Will a reverse drill bit do it? What if I tap a hole next to the original screw holes? Is it safe? I can't imagine anything that could be behind the metal where I would drill.

The "easy out" is the best way. You drill a hole into the middle of the sheared bolt and then tap the "easy out" into it (which is basically like a reverse bit) and back out the bolt.
