HELP: Problem with new act clutch

Hello
I in my FC among other things a new clutch(ACT - Xtreme
Strip/Street Z65-XT00)+ a Racingbeat flywheel build let.
The following problem is: if I try to insert a gear now, this
does not go at all, or if only very with difficulty purely and cracks.
The same effect as if the clutch only half pulled pedal became. Now I
would like to know gladly that lie. The clutch + flywheel became
professional in a workshop built.(No mistakes with the
installation!). Can it be that the clutch master and or slave is worn?
And is there any "wear measure" there?
Please around assistance the car is so not possibly mobile!
Greeting
Olli

A few things to check...

As mentioned above, definitely check the hydraulics, you'll need another set of eyes, somebody to check if the slave cylinder moves when the pedal is depressed, even if it moves make sure it is through the full range. Refer to the service manual.

(If you don't already get a copy of the factory service manual, either hardcopy or electronic)

There is also an adjustment for the pedal freeplay, this also needs to be within specifications. It is done under the dash where the pedal attaches to the rod that goes through the firewall to the slave cylinder (again consult the FSM: factory service manual)

In answer to your question about the slave and master "wear measure"; none that I know of. If they are not up to par then they are usually replaced. Check the hydaulic hose to the slave as well.

Cheers!

Exclamation

Hi Guys
Could it be also because of the RB flywheel? In Germany someone said the
throwout bearing lies. I have a new clutch master- , slave-
cylinders and a steel hose ordered , but I am not
completely sure whether it really because of it is. Because the
clutch pedal can be depressed now relatively heavily compared with
before.
Sorry my english is still awful......
Thank for answering.

Does it row through the gears if the engine is off?

If so, you just need to adjust the clutch pedal as mentioned above.
