Help People, I feel deadended...

Man I dont even know where to begin,
Here's what happened, Im driving and Im heading to the gas station, everything is fine all of a sudden my engine stalls about 3 miles from home, I was doing 55 mph so getting it started again was no problem, i did this all the way home. I have a clean brand new hks intake system w/ adapter, so its not that, i changed the fuel filter thinking that was messed up and that seemed to do nothing, I have an hks 3" downpipe and new catalytic converter with a bosch o2 sensor, I have spark, I have compression, I have fuel, Its not flooded( unlfooded it), has oil, hoses good, wires/ connectors good, and it tries to start but it doesn't start, I took the alternator to auto zone and running at its hardest on the tester, I'm getting 12 volts, is it garbage or am I stupid?? or does anyone even have anything close to this occur to them?? help Help Help I love driving my car and this stupid problem has it in the garage,,

Have you tried starting it while pressing down a little on the pedal... If it starts then you may have a bad BAC valve or the wire going to it may have come loose...
