help me please

Today i was driving and my rear brakes started to squeal. So i bought pads and rotors seeing that it was due for both and in the disassembly process i found that each rear caliper bracket had the heads of the bolts broke off on the previous owner. Well i took the hub off so i could drill the bolt out. When i took the bottom bolt off the hub a bunch of rubber fell out and it appears to be an eccentric bolt for the alignment adjustments but im not sure and i donno if it needs replaced or what i can do to repair it(due to the rubber coming out) please help here are some pics.

This is the bolt im reffering to.

This is where it came out of

that's the rear steer bushing. it adds rear toe near the limit to theoretically make the car handle better. but most people don't like it.

I would just push what's left of the old bushings out and put some solid bushings in there to get rid of it.

There should be a writeup making their replacement fairly easy. I did this, but it was over a year ago. Must have not sucked too bad nor been so much fun that it was memorable, because I remember the pictures I took more than actually doing the work.
