See, the dents go into the grooving for the rear window, and to the inside of the door, if you like, I can get you pictures of what I am talking about. Cutting it out would be incredibly difficult.
Luckily most of the damage is on the door, that I can swap.
Go look at "Animal House" the movie. towards the end they start cutting up Flounders car to make the Death mobile. Bluto has that air chisel and D-Day has a torch. You need something that will cleanly cut that sheet metal right out. Cut a big section from the doner car and take it home.....hold it up to your car and use a sharpy to mark an outline of the new straight section. Repeat the above step but be careful to cut the new section a little smaller than the teh sharpy lines. You can't add teh metal back on after you've cut it off but you can always file more off. Then slowly file your car to match the new section. Once the new section fits in like a puzzle piece you're ready to weld it in and paint. You need to become familiar with scotchbright pads that fit onto an air tool. They will grind the welds right off. You'll have a lot of bear sheet metal as you grind it smooth.

The fact that the dent goes through the window and door jam area is all the reason to use this technique. You'd never get a door jam straight by pulling it. Way too many radius's to try to work with. You'd spend 100 hours just on the door jam.
