help with idle?

my car will idle for a while and then it will die. it is running at about 1000 rpm. can anyone tell me how to fix this.

My sort of does the same thing, it idles for maybe 10 seconds than goes into jumpy idles and than comes out of it maybe 30 seconds later. Hmmm...I have been trying a lot of things and I still can't figure it out. However, if anyone out there knows please send some info my way

After MAZDATRIX replaced my SPIDER VACCUM LINES or HOSES, whichever you prefer to call them. My rough Idle was totally gone. That was 2 years ago and I'm still idling fine. When I turn on my Air Conditioning, I simply adjust my S-AFC to a + 4 at 1000 rpm setting and it idles at 750 or so. Not bad for a 15 year old FC Turbo bumping out 300 BHP. My advice is check all Vacuum lines and hoses, especially the little skinny Fu*kers.
