HELP!! Bucking problem!
Okay, I have gotten almost all of the major problems fixed in my 87 TII. The very last one that I can tell exists is this incredibly annoying (and embarassing) bucking problem.
It only happens when the weather is cold, never when it is warm. It occurs when the engine is not warmed up, it bucks during anything more than very mild acceleration. During the period of bucking-ness, the turbo also seems to be unresponsive, and even after the engine warms up, I need to drive it a bit hard to "wake up" the turbo, very strange. Once the turbo is responsive though, the bucking disappears.
Like I said, this thing only happens when its cold outside (it doesnt even seem to happen when its mildly cold, only when its noticably cold) and it seems to be worse the colder it is.
Needless to say, I am bummed (especially since winter is upon us). ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Things I changed: TPS swapped, Throttle body/upper intake swapped, BAC swapped, new engine, new injectors, new engine wiring harness, new cat (TurboFlo).
If you guys could help me out, that would be great, I am on the last problem left from a huge list (I actually got it smogged today and got plates for it- yay). If you could just help me solve this one thing, I will love you all forever.
Thanks for any help,
SomeDude
PS- This problem has been present since BEFORE swapping all those parts, so its not _caused_ by any of the replacements.

actually no, that went away when I replaced the throttle body/upper intake, TPS (forgot to mention TPS), and cats. But the problem was present even before all those were replaced. Plus, even after the engine is fully warmed up, I need to "wake it up" by driving it hard and trying to provoke the turbo, but it seems to go away only after that is done.
What do you think it could be?
