Help with Blitz Dual SBC Type-S!

Mine only came with the japanese instructions....I don't understand a **** so if anybody know how it work you are free to explain!!

yeah mines too but that cuz i am in japan but i need the translation manual and blitz america does not have one unless someone here gots a blitz turbo timer fatts edition
