Header performance gain?
I am postponing my turbo swap until I have enough money to do it right. (wont be for a while). I just bought coilovers and am still going to buy a short throw shifter, DTSS eliminator bushings and front and rear strut tower bars. I love how my car feels and handles I can feel that it is underpowered more now that I can push its limits easier. My question is how noticeable is the power gain from headers. I currently have no cat's and an intake (cold air box is being made). Corksport claims a dyno proven 14hp which is definitely noticeable. Can anyone on here tell me their experience with header performance gain?

if corksport claims it's dyno proven, I'd trust those numbers, but at the same time RB was among the first to make 13b headers, and I'd imagine they did some serious testing on them. Their road race true dual exhaust setup is second to none IMO.

you'll definitely notice a gain. the best part is the increased gas mileage.
if you've lowered the car with coilovers make sure to buy a rear camber rod and get a alignment. just by doing that you'll notice the car will launch faster.

Why waste your money on building up your NA motor if you want to do a turbo swap? I would be a little more patient with your lack of power and make your turbo project $500 or so dollars closer to completion.
