Exclamation head lights stay on whatzup?

Okay i have a problem i did somthing really stupid and now i'm paying for it so i need help!and fast.

okay here's the thing on friday i wanted to clean my car but i didn't want to go to the car wash just to vacume it so i came up with this great idea not to connect a vacum to the battery of my since my car has those baterry post that are gold with multipul connectinctions for all kinds of stuff.Okay so didn't even work the batterry isn't strong somebody told me a little to late.So on saturday night i go to turn on my car and to my surprise the battery was completly died so i take it to get chaged now i'm trying to turn on my car and as soon as i conectied the batterry the lights go on but not the pop out ones but the flash to pass lights so i find that wirde and check to see if the lights were on but they weren't so i turn the light switch up and the pop put one go up and down and the parking lights do go off but not the flash to pass lights so now i have to disconect the batterry when ever i turn off the car and it's a real hassole.O something else today when i was driving in the morning when ever i shifted or turn on the turn lights to turn the radio kept turning off but just for second help what happen didn't i f@#k up my car or what and how much do yo think it will cost to fix.

have a look for a switch near your hand break, just below the electric mirror controller.
