Has anyone had this problem with a S5 OMP block off plate?

Sorry if this is a useless thread. But I just put a block off plate on my S5 OMP and it doesnt seem to cover the entire thing. Its a S5 TII engine. The only thing I can think of is maybe the block off plate is for a S5 NA engine? Thanks in advance.

Don't know about the gap, but I'm pretty sure you should still be using a gasket with the block off plate.

That look good enough for me but if you're concern with the gap use some silicone.

I just mocked it up to see about that gap. Im going to use some silicone. But Im still worried about the gap. Im going to pick up another block off plate tomorrow from a friend. See if it has the gap as well..

My omp blockoff plate has the same gap. S5 TII as well. I haven't had any problems and it's not leaking anything from there. Just RTV and install.

haha.. Well after studying another S5 front cover with another block off plate and it having the same gap. We decided to take off the block off plate. That gap goes to absolutly no where. Its like the contour of the front cover but theres no hole that goes thru it.
