yes, i had 2 different ones on 2 different engines that leaked a bunch, not because of the o-ring gasket that mates to the engine, but because of a little o-ring inside the omp.

what kind of question is this??? ive never had any problems i did end up removing mine and blocking it off with a mazdatrix blockoff plate.

Yes. I've had a number of them leak at the arm. There's a o'ring there and there's no part number in the parts fische. The o'ring can be replaced though using a aftermarket ring. Just gotta get out there and find one.

Bah, fine.

Before I took it off, mine leaked a bit. Also, the lines running to it were brittle and broke easily. I'd say those are the 2 most common problems.

S5's have problems with shorting (or something) and messing up the ECU. Or, going into limp mode.

s4 mechanical omp is typically more reliable than the s5 unit
