Hardware Kit for Sun Roof wind deflector

Hardware Kit for Sun Roof wind deflector
I got my 89 FC repainted a few months ago and have let it cure for about 90 days. In order to give the new paint the max protection I removed the wind deflector to thoroughly clean that area and give it the same attention as the rest of the car. Well. in order to completely remove the oem deflector I had to cut the head off one of the retaining bolts since it had rusted solid to the nut.
I really like the look without the deflector and it seems to be a little less noisy now but when I reinstall it in the spring I am going to need some new hardware. Has this happened to anyone? I checked with the local Mazda dealer the the parts dept says that I must buy a new deflector in order to get a new hardware kit. I don't want to try to find some hardware at a junkyard because it will likely have the same rust problem. Anyone have a good solution to my problem? If so please give me some alternate recommendations.
Thanks,
Bert
