Its weird, I know about the 2 plugs in the back hatch, but where are the other ones? My moonroof seal looks like ****, but my headliner is never wet-so hows the water gettin in there? Could I just peel out the seal and fill it with silicone? My roof dosent open anyways so I wouldnt care.

There also the drainage hose that runs from the sunroof to carry water out. Check your hatch seal? Have you tried to shove a coat hanger down the sunroof drainage hole (possibly unseating it)?

The sunroof has an internal drain tray with 4 separate drain tubes (one in each corner). You have to remove the headliner to get at them.

What runs down the rear deck under the carpeting and into the car.

Check your sunroof drains and rear hatch drains
