even with a coolant leak there is a way to start your car ONLY if your car at least cranks. take off your (upper) radiator cap, take out your spark plugs leave the egi fuse in for a few cranks, then take out the egi fuse and crank that sucker till you dont see anymore steam comming from the spark plug holes (you need someone to watch them). Hook it back up and get someone to help jump start you because your going to need that little extra power. and voila car starts. but you might need to hold the gas down while trying to start it even though it is a FI. refill and cap off. It might take a few times though but i guarentee it will start. if thats the only problem.

1. Because it relieves pressure (if you have the cap on then pressure builds from the gas going into the the rest of the coolant flow and then relieves itself back into the eninge making it worse)
2. sorry i meant to say that but i was leaving quickly so i had to put something and steam is the closest thing i could relate it to, since everyone know what steam looks like
3. because i have to do that with mine but maybe not yours sorry.

Castrol86GXL the car doesnt crank at all that. What i think it is probally the starter soliend because the car been sitting on a dirt driveway for ova 5 months.

If you turn the key over and there is no clicking whatsoever its either one of two things. Battery or Starter. Due to it sitting for over 5months the parasitic drain from the electrical system may have drained the battery. My battery drains within 3 weeks from the stock security and its a brand new battery too. Try to jumper the car and see if you can get the starter whirling. If that doesn't work then its your starter. Cheap way but not 100% way to get your starter to work again is to smash it. Literally. It may need some motivation if not then its just pooched and needs to be replaced.

hehe thanx TII7 with the wonderful idea. The battery is actually new because the car didnt have one when i got it. The starter is also new because the ex-owner said he replace it b4 he parked it. So im assuming its something to do with the starter wiring so ur idea of hittin might work. Its that all 4 tires are flat and i gotta find a way to inflate so i can get underneath the car.

Lol i didn't read any the other posts so just worked off what you initially wrote. But if there is absolutely no clicking then I would start looking closely at the starter's wiring.

MMmm.. ATF? I'd rather use regular motor oil instead. If its cranking and you know the interns are moving then why atf? Add some motor oil thru the spark plug holes instead, that should do. Worked for me one two occasions due to heavy flooding. And your interior soaked? Have no idea, maybe heater core leak?

Me being a moron and not checkin the forum for the rite way to do the atf( automatic tranny fluid) trick i poured it into the engine.BTW, the car isnt at my house and my aunt house doesnt have the internet. So now i think i fouled my brand new 48 bux NGK spark plugs. I might try the engine oil trick, but a lot of ppl use the atf to fix flooding. Yeah i have no clue with the interior but its coolant that is spreading when i start the car.
