Grind while shifting

Hello, 86 base model.

I noticed a grind on the 1-2 shift...since then, I drained the old fluid and replaced it with NEO synthetic. I also adjusted the clutch linkage rod to be sure I was disengaging the clutch completely.

It shifts excellent while cold, but once it gets warm, it will grind at high RPMs anywhere I shift in the first 3 gears. I was grinding 1-2 and tried going 1-3, and it didn't get any better. Before, it shifted crappily 1-2 all the time....now it's much better when cold, and seemingly worse when warm.

I had the front end of the car jacked up when I filled the fluid...maybe it's a little low? I put roughly 3/4 of the gallon in.

Otherwise, I'd guess synchros...2nd and third gear? the third gear grinding confused me.
