Greddy turbo kit?
I am looking for more power out of my T2 and I am curious as to how much HP can be obtained with the Greddy kit. I currently have a garrett To4b hybrid.
Any other ideas for turbo upgrades that anyone has would be appreciated. I am looking to have a minimum of 350rwhp.
Thanks,
Josh

Greddy makes alot of kits for the FC, which one are you looking at? The kits are good qualitly, but IMO a bit high-priced for what you get. You could piece together your own "kit" for considerably less that what you will pay for a Greddy, unless you find a good deal on one such as I did (see sig).
Also, I believe there was just a thread about Greddy kits a few weeks ago, try a search, may get you some answers.

I believe the 20G should be good for ~400 HP(crank), or a bit over, depending on boost levels, and other factors such as tuning, supporting mods, etc. It should do your goal of 350RWHP without much fuss. As Reted stated in anoter post, these turbos arent quite as efficent as the newer Garret stuff out there, so you will probably need to run a bit more boost to get the best from them.

So with now knowing this info, what other turbo would you use for a 350-400hp street car? This is going to be a winter project so I am trying to get my shoping list started now. BNR stage 4? T04E?

Stay away from the hybrids. They are ok for just shooting for a little more power than the stock one can give, but IMO sticking a 60-1 compressor on such a relatively small exhaust housing isnt all that great. A t-66 is a great turbo, and should do 400RWHP without a problem. A T04S is also getting popular I belive. T04Es haev proven themselves to do well also, my suggestion would be to look to someone who has a setup at the power levels you want, and follow their lead.
