Got T-boned, bent suspension

I recently spun out and got T-boned. I replaced the door and am currently focused on fixing the suspension. The toe in makes me suspect the lateral link and A arm. I took it into Les Shwab and although they dont really sound they know what they are talking about I listened to what they had to say. They told me to replace the whole A arm and see what that does.

I started fixing my car on Sunday (go to college, I go home for the weekends to try and get my car back on the road)...and ran into a wall. I got everything dissembled except for the hub. (by the way the bolt that threads through the DTSS bushing into the A arm was bent to the point that it was waving back and fourth when i was removing it.) I bought a breaker bar and a 32mm socket (the gator universal socket). When I got to taking the nut off I put it in gear but the diff wouldnt hold it. I pulled the ebrake (like an idot), I forgot I removed the breaks so it didnt do anything but **** up the piston so I couldnt put the breaks back on. I tried pushing and twisting it with needle nosed pliers but it didnt really do anything). I removed the boot from the axle that connects to the diff thinking I could slide it through like that but I couldnt and now the boot doesnt seal the grease in right because the metal band isnt as tight as it used to be. I took the lateral link off on the wheel side but couldnt get it where it connects to the subframe. (I got the nut off but I couldnt push it out. I trued hitting it with a hammer but it wouldnt move.) By this time it was dark to the point of me having to use a flashlight to see anything. I put the car back together (didnt install the breaks because I couldnt get the piston to move back enough and I lost one of the springs that holds/pushes the calipers together/apart. I didnt fully connect the lat link either because I stripped the threads in the process of taking them off/hammering them.

Im back home again and plan on:

buying a tool to help push the break piston back in
removing the hub, A arm and lateral link
replacing A arm and lateral link while inspecting the hub

What else should I do?
What else could cause really bad toe in?

The rear brake piston screws in...pushing it won't work.
