After my recent post trying to figure out why I couldnt get my freshly rebuilt engine in my 88 TIIto start, I figured out the problem. https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/rebuild-wont-start-398848/
After much reading and studying the FSM it seems that the original grounds for the ECU and injectors which are on the engine block had been damaged by the origingal owner(Ive never owned the car when it ran). After determining that the injectors have power, it had to be a ground issue. So I traced plugs 3A and 3G from the ECU under the hood. Turns out they werent grounded. I Added grounds for both of these wires. Installed dry sparkplugs and sprayed a bit of starter fluid into the intake. Had my brother turn the key and it started and ran like a champ. We're letting it idle right now!!Now onto getting the timing set and other small things so I can drive the car. Thanks to those that helped.
