ok i got a new fc, it is an 88 na, doesnt like to rev fast at all, the car doesnt start well, it sutters a bit. i tried pulling off spark wires to see if a rotor was blown and it didnt die so im thinking that means its good, just got problems. there waas no noticable problems when doing so like it didnt try to stall or anything. what do you think?

Thinking it's a stuck open injector. No real way to tell if it's primary or secondary but you pull them . Are the mods in you're sig this car?

Rotaries confuse me

Do you have the cats still on? If so, you can try taking them off and see if it runs better.
Rotaries will run on 2 spark plugs. You can take out the spark plugs and either test compression with a compression tester, or at least listen/feel for 3 even air expulsion noises (not sure what else to say, you'll recognize them).

Well, the timing not having been touched by you does not mean someone else didn't, at some point in it's history.
Anyhow. Whenever you have a problem, always compression test it before trouble shooting. Spending hundreds of dollars to fix a problem, and then finding out you have no compression on a rotor sounds really bad
Actually, now that I think about it...
When I blew the rear rotor on my GTU, on the 1/4mile drive up the hill to my house, it revved extremely slow also..like, to get to 5000 rpm in a regular NA car, in that time, I went from like 1000 to 1500, and the shifter shook really violently.
Compression test that biotch! After that, do a full tune up. Plugs, plug wires, !!ship out the injectors to be cleaned!!
