Looks good, what did you wrap the main harness loom with?
How well does the dp wrap work, as in noticeable heat difference under hood? Damn that **** is hot under my hood!
I want an s6 alt and borla muffler instead of my presilencer!

Like pengarufoo said, coolant overflow.
The main wiring harness is wrapped with the Haltech supplied loom cover. You can use all sorts of things for this - people usually use the crinkly-looking, colored stuff from auto parts stores.
I never ran the DP without the wrap, so I do not know how well it is actually working. I am sure the hotside of the turbo is going to be the number one culprit of heat dissipation into the engine bay. I do know that I will be making a heat shield for the turbo soon, as well as a heat barrier to protect the ProfecB unit from the heat. I can barely touch the passenger side shock tower after I have driven the car for a while because it is so hot.

With that set-up its going to be no problem.
My only real recommendation, is to conver your Haltech loom with some sort of insulation wrap, be it from Thermo-Tec or DEI. Protect your investment.

New it would have cost ~700, but I got some good deals along the way, and only paid about 450. The bottom couple of rows had to be cut off the IC and the bottom of the end tanks welded closed, because it was just too tall as it was.

.....? Eh, guess what. You can only attach one image to a post, so that means each one in a seperate post.

That air filter needs to come off the turbo and be put somewhere completely seperated from the hot engine bay. Sitting right on the hot turbo sucking hot air straight off the radiator is about the worst place you could put it. That's a bunch of free horsepower (plus detonation prevention) you're throwing down the toilet...

oooohh, pretty colors...
alot of that stuff looks familiar IC??
nice work man, I should have a similar setup done in a few months (Microtech), and there is another guy down here doing similar with a Haltec on a S5 TII (T2Terror, i think) We will have to run up there again for some more meets. Im sure we will have more motivation with our cars done.
