Yah we'll see. I hit some "rough" road but no bumps that were too bad. It was smooth over the rough road it seemed like, but I'm sure it'll be bad over potholes, which is why I always swerve around them

I dunno how the GC system is now, but the old set-up was with a 7" spring.
With a 6" spring, this fixed the problem of not being able to lower the front enough.
The system was designed to use the camber plates, as this caused the whole assembly to sit further upwards.

The off-the-shelf springs are 6" front and 8" rear now as far as I know. When I called them to order and told them what I wanted (intentions for the car, stiffness, shocks, sway bars, etc.) they suggested their off-the-shelf kit and said I could easily change them later. Anyways, I was under the impression that the kit normally came with 7" front and 10" rear but apparently they are 6" front and 8" rear now.

I got the 7" front and 8" rear.
The front is ok, but it will not drop super low; it's adjusted all the way LOW, and it's still close to stock ride height.
The rears are jacked all the way up with the 8" spring.
I can drop the rears till the mufflers drag on the ground!
With a 10" spring, it would be perfect - normal ride height would be in the middle of the threads, and I can adjust them down or up to my hearts content.

Yah my 8" rears are 2/3 of the way down and the fender is just above the tire (barely). With the 6" fronts its about the same height as my eibach prokits were before, but the Mazdatrix lowering strut tops will help me even them out with the back.
With the 8" rears at 2/3 of the way down it is a very noticeable drop. I walked to the back to put something in the hatch and it felt so low! It's almost too low, we'll see if I keep it or not, I may raise it up a tad eventually.

i just installed mine with 7" springs in front, 8"in the rear. i also have cusco camber plates up front. unfortunately, im running the stock shocks at this point (the left rear was already blown!) and im having the same problem. im running 15" wheels in the front with 50 series tires and it isnt looking too good. the sleeves are on the lowest setting and im HIGHER than before i did the job. this is probably due to 18 year old springs.. but still, a little aggrivating! did some donuts today though.. mmmm mmm! camber is money

Updated/final pics. Put on the mazdatrix independent rear camber adjusters, RB 3/4" lowering strut mounts, and adjusted the height all around to get it even. Pics:

lookin pretty sexy.. i wish they made some upper mounts that lowered AND adjusted camber.. then id be all over it.
how are the mazdatrix units performing for you? were you able to adjust the rear camber pretty easily?

It was extremely easy to adjust the camber. After getting them in I lowered the car back on the ground and was able to adjust them with the car fully lowered just by laying down and using a ratchet/socket. This way you can watch the tires change as you're adjusting it. Get it to the position you want (on each side), raise the car back up and tighten the units down so they wont move via the nut on top. After that it would be a good idea to take it to an alignment shop, this would just be some initial adjustments so you can drive without worrying about as much (or any) premature wear on the tires. The alignment shop will be able to do any tiny little adjustments that are left.

with real coilovers you can't have the same adjustablilty as GC's. I mean how many coilovers allow you change the springs at your will to fit your liking without buying a whole new coil over or even change the struts/shocks, it is the ultimate adjustabilty coilover.
of course both GC and real Coilovers have their distadvantage and advantages.
anyways, my car has the same setup eibach springs, tokico 5 ways, and gc coilvers but without the racing harts now
that molding is already fixed -_-

Now I'm strongly considering the GC/KYB AGX setup. It seems like it gives you decent ride-height adjustability, and the option of custom-ordered spring sizes and rates puts the GC coilovers above and beyond the Japanese coilovers that I had in mind. $800 seems much more cost-effective than $1400+shipping.
