got her back from the paint shop!!

hey im happy with the results.. the pictures of the after dont justify how bright and red and clear the paint really is because of the flash, and yes its a different red than the rest of the car, that will be painted later when the car runs

heh yeah me too alot of what i have is powdercoated and the rest will be painted with proper paint, and the engine, BDC is doing it so im hoping he cleans and paints it to perfection!!

yeah i want a car i can drive semi daily and occasionally take and enter a mild showcar competition or just have a nice bay to display at meets or something

if that got scratched, i would be like seeing another guy get kicked in the sack, it wouldnt hurt you but you would feel his pain.
Looks great though, cant wait to see more pics as the install progresses.

haha what a great metaphor... i plan on buying a few blankets and such to prevent any scratches and stuff, that has to stay mint throughout the rest of the install... talk about a pita

make sure you dont have grounding problems... thats one reason i decided not to do that.. turns out it didnt matter anyway heh

no idea, its a body shop i used to work at and they order some nice stuff, ill look into it next time im down there, i do know it is a ford red but dont know what car they actually use it on. then the clear is im sure regular clear but he put a heavy coat on it for added protection
