good find?

i found an 86 base sitting in some weeds at someones house. i rang their doorbell and found out that it has 250,000 miles on the body and 60,000 on a rebuild. the body has no scratches or dents and just needs to be cleaned. he said there mite be an oil leak and the thing needs a new transmission.....he said he will sell it for 250. i just want 7 to drive while a save for a TII...what do u guys think...

Barring anything else major being wrong, I think its a steal. Even if you were to sell the thing for parts you could make well more than that.

Id get it if I were you.

Yea go for it. 250 isn't alot of money, and even if the engine fell out of the chasis when you parked it in your driveway, the parts alone are worth more than that.
