is this a good deal???

hi, i have a 1990 TII that's been my project for a while but i was looking for a car to use it for dd, i have a protege but i was thinking to give it to my old man so he can let his tl stored lol. anyways i was looking and i found a nice 1986 rx7, i really don't know which model it is i know is 5 lug but i call the guy and didn't ask him what model it was. heres the thing the car has a new paintjob and i ask the guy if it has been in a front end collision or in a crash and he told me that the only accident it had in the past was on the right back panel, he told me it wasn't that bad and it could get fixed but he decided to buy a new panel instead of fixing the old one. the car has new wheels, racing beat header, racing beat exhaust, atkins apex seals, street ported, fuel pressure regulator and a couple of other things. the guy tells me the engine is stuck and he don't know why, he told me he start the car one day and it just stopped, it doesn't turn over. he told me the car was rebuilt recently with atkins apex seals and a fresh street port. im gessing is maybe a side seal the problem?????. the car was running but he told me he stopped the car because the injectors were bad, he change them and that's where the problem came in. anyway the guy is asking 1500obo and i think i can lower up to 1100 or somethin like that. well let me know thanks.
