good compression + burning oil = what??

so i ran all the tests i could, i have almost 100+psi on both rotors, coolant is not leaking anywhere, and oil is being burnt like mad. I checked the spark plugs and they had a thin layer of oil on them.

i tried pinching the vacuum line to the omp but it did not stop the blue smoke from pouring out the tailpipe. i guess ill run the test properly by removing the plastic caps from the oil injectors and see if they are working properly and by fsm standards.

ive never heard of a car with nearly perfect compression, starts up, idles, drives, and boosts perfectly but somehow had an oil seal break in the engine. maybe im in denial, but i still dont think that its an internal issue.

my turbo has 0 shaft play and looks practicaly brand new. maybe theres something im missing with the oil system? has anyone else experienced a perfect running car, good compression yadayada but smokes like a *****?

thanks guys

ive seen a few cars that smoke like a fire truck runs fine.... check if its the turbo leaking oil first before u conclude the engines oil seal as went

oil in the intercooler, or charge pipes could indicate the turbo's seals ahve taken a dump and is puking oil out

i opt for oil rings bein put of spec, if you have enough oil on the plugs to shine then you would have noticed a lot more than a few drops on the intake piping if it were due to turbo..

I've got the same problem...
Smokes like crazy after it warms up but not a min before it's at full operating temp and revved slightly...

Checked intercooler piping and it's free of oil but plugs are oily and oil is leaking out of the turbine housing/main turbo center section...

Sure seems like the engine oil seals...

I ran a bunch of atf through my engine to get it to free up 3 stuck side seals and I think my rotor oil o-rings are probably bad.

If you didn't run atf through it though I'm not sure what other things would make those seals go.

ive only herd of the atf stuff, dont know too much about it. my engine was sitting for 20+ years before i got it. but the thing is, the rest of the seals were good! even the injector gromets were still squishy and good to go. i have a hard time believing that everything else was preserved, but the orings alone went to **** :/

its not necessarily the o rings that could be bad.. the carriers themselves may be worn too much.
