Quoted for absolute truth. Aaron Cake knows his **** as well as anyone here. You would do well to listen.

Just do a TII swap. You will get the power that you are looking for, with FAR fewer headaches, and a much more "factory" type install. Almost everything is plug and play if you get all the right parts.

Nevermind that post of mine^. I, like Aaron, thought you said REW. There are a few people who've done the 13B-RE into an FC, generally with pretty good results. It won't cost you any $10k, but it won't be cheap, either. I'd make sure you have at least a few grand beyond what you anticipate if you take on this project.

So, I figure now that frank gave up the idea after coming to the realization that swapping ANY motor will cost him more money than he wants, and that he's high-tailed it out of here.

okay, so i havent "high-tailed it" out of any where except out of cyber world for a little bit, i dont go on the comp for what a week, and people think im a puss hahah......anyway besides the point....... this car has been sitting in bristish columbia weather for probalby a good 2 years now, its been weather stricken badly, and there isnt even a cover on it:S....next post will have pictures. the cost isnt really what im worried about, with time will come money, im worried about this rx sitting on the lawn, that really i want to race, or race to the dump, theres nothing wrong with the body really except a small dent in the front quarter. and think its about time i get it across----the motor is beyond helping(unless your pro rotary rebuilder :P) but i was hoping for a range of 300-500 horses out of this little car.........open to opinions, suggestions, examples, anything, im in research mode, i need this car to run
