Talking Getto fmic and inj. pics

I'am working on my fmic project,it is a sabb blackstone ic. I will have a couple of vacuum hoses to cap or tee into after tmic removal the air pump was removed and block off plates are installed. Should I just remove the vac. rac? I'am also installing my 720 secondary injectors and then my safc. One of my injectors had a crack down by the tip would this have caused some high rpm shuttering? Also where could I get o rings for my injectors?

Thanks Johny

hey good job on the intercooler install. I had a guy give me one of those ic's but I sold it because I thought the job was going to be a pain in the *** to fit that. How did you do it??? Actually I had the volvo one but it looks like the same thing. Also I bet making the ic piping is easy to make for them!!!

Now I can put away my tissues. I still have to figure out I.C. piping. Im going to use a 16"E fan Would the crack in the injector have caused shuttering problems?

Thanks for the reply I really dont cry myself to sleep,.... most of the time I'm done crying by then J/k

The crack in the injector might cause leakage which could cause stuttering at ALL rpm including idle.

That crack is just on the pintle cap, MIGHT cause idle problems...
But I dunno, I'm not even running pintle caps on mine and my idle is rock solid..

So go figure on that one.

Would be ghetto to keep using that cracked one though, replace them, they're cheap.

and the o-rings generally come with the pintle caps.

Dude.... If you put an electric fan on that ghetto-rig...... you are gonna overheat your motor while driving in traffic..... think about it... you have your AC heat exchanger, THEN the IC, THEN the stock radiator!! Thats a lot of metal to pull air through.
