getting the fan off??
#2
put a 19mm socket/ratchet on the crank pulley bolt and rotate the engine counterclockwise to rest the ratchet on something solid so the engine can't turn over. now just use a box end 10mm wrench to remove the 4 10mm nuts that hold the fan on, if the nuts are off and it still won't come off then spray some rust penetrant onto the base where it mounts and let it sit for 5 minutes then try rocking it by holding the outer egde of the fan blades and easily rocking it in and out at the top and bottom edges, you may have to tap the base of the shaft with a hammer and punch to break it loose if it is rusted.
