Gauges Install/Help/Questions

So the rebuild is coming along nicely and I got myself 4 gauges (at a pretty sweet deal as well). I am going to be installing them but I had a few questions:

1. Where did you run the wiring thru? (Like what part of the firewall? All I can think of is the passenger side where the AC lines went. But that’s so far though, unless anyone knows of a better/smarter way).

2. Since I have 4 gauges where should I pull the power from and where to ground them from? I mean hooking up 4 gauges to 1, 12v line may not be good, anyone got any tips on how to run the 12v and Ground? (For the ground maybe I should just run them to the strut tower ground or something?) Like where to run the wiring and where to splice for 4 gauges. Also ignition as well (maybe the stereo ignition wire?)

So if some of you gurus here can help, it would be much appreciated.

i'm hooking up a voltmeter gauge and will be putting in other gauges to i will be using either the 12v ignition switch for power and ground on the steering column where theres a metal tab to mount the plastic air vents easy way or run a wire through the firewall probably around the pedals somewhere and tap into something in there

look under your steering wheel where it go's under the dash where the shaft is theres a tab witha screw in it for a plastic pipe to draw air around your legs the previous owner of my car put the boost controller ground there thats how i figured it out and on the instructions to wire up my guage it says to wire it into the 12v ignition switch yes it is the one where the key go's i havent wired it yet i need to look at some wiring diagrams to find which 1 it is
