Does the mill have a thread mill program and do you have the tooling? Doing the threads this way you can index the threads.

Thanks for the tip. As far as I know, it does not. I did design the first one so that the **** can be straight. Works like double nuts. I haven't gotten that far on the 2nd one yet.

Sadly no. As this is not my full time job, I work on it when I can.

I haven't asked for a list, but iIf you're making a list, please specify S4 or S5. Just so I can get an idea. I still haven't decided on which version. Chances are I'll release the round depressed rotor first (maybe only).

I was talking with the owner of the mill the other day. And he told me that the "RX-8" version would require a lot of time to machine. So, I think as of now I will NOT be making/releasing an 8 version. Maybe later, but not now.

The "round" version was designed from an S4, I would think it might not fit the way I would like it to on an S5. So I'm going to tweak the design a bit.

I'll update the thread when I have some more info.

im interested as well, id like the depressed rotor with gears on it s4 or s5 it doesnt matter.
but can you mack them thread down farther than stock? my current know threads down all the way till it gets stuck where the shift lever widens. makes a really nice 1 1/2 - 2 inch drop
